Generally, interns work 20 hours per week while college is in session and 40 hours per week over the course of the summer. Those students who are part of the Co-Op program are also currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. at an accredited University or College. Students participating in a Co-Op experience are required to apply the knowledge learned in the classroom and bring those skills to the real-world as they gain hands-on experience working in professional business culture. Co-Op students usually work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 4, 8, or 12-month duration.
